PCR PE Film
Post-consumer recycled PE film engineered for converters who need verified recycled content without re-qualifying their line. The structural logic behind it — why an all-PE build recycles where a laminate cannot — is set out in mono-material PE film design.

Which platform should a new customer start with?
Depends on what is driving the change. If a brand owner has asked for recycled content, start on the PCR line — GRS certified, with a Transaction Certificate per shipment. If the driver is shelf life, or a product a PE structure cannot protect, start on the barrier portfolio. Plenty of customers end up buying from both.
Can you supply film and finished bags on one order?
Yes, and from the same site. Extrusion, coating, metallizing, lamination, slitting and bag-making all run in-house, so the film inside your bag is the film we made rather than a bought-in roll.
I am replacing a three-ply laminate. Where do I start?
With the structure, not the material. Tell us the plies you run today and what each one is doing, and we will say which of them is load-bearing and which is habit. Metallized PE removes one ply in a lot of cases; where it cannot, we say so before you sample.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because film is quoted against a specification, and two jobs that look identical on a datasheet can differ on width, core, recycled content and documentation. Send the specification and the volume, and the quote comes back with the structure it is based on.
